More good news! The ACGME will no longer review the Self-Study during a site visit. Here is what the ACGME has to officially say about this.
1. Remote Site Visit Attestation Statement
The Remote Site Visit Attestation Statement is mandatory for all virtual site visits. Its purpose is to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of the remote interview sessions. By signing the document, the program and Sponsoring Institution state that they will not record any of the remote interview sessions nor retaliate in any way against any resident/fellow for participation in the site visit or for any statements made by a resident/fellow to the ACGME relating to this site visit.
Programs will need both the PD and the DIO to sign the statement.

A. Where Can I Find This?
Download the Attestation Document for Programs here. You will need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to locate it. (Pro Tip: Select ctrl Shift F or command Shift F and type in "attestation" in the search bar. This will be a quick way to find the "attestation" section quickly.
Once you fill it out, you can upload it to ADS by following these steps:
Login to ADS and click on the "Overview" tab.
Scroll down to the section labeled "Remote Site Visit Attestation Statement - Programs."
You can download and upload your signed statement here.
!! You will also need to email the Attestation Statement to your site visitor. Please refer to your Letter of Instruction and this module for more information.
