Depending on the Agreement that WGU has with your Clinical Site, there may be additional requirements for you to complete. 

Your Placement Coordinator will guide you through the steps required for placement at your chosen Clinical Site. Every site has different requirements, and requirements often change.  

**Note that it is ultimately the student's responsibility to make sure that any onboarding with the site is completed.

• Site-Specific Documents and Forms like:

  • Confidentiality Agreements

  • Criminal History Reports

  • Institutional Review Board (IRB) Approvals

  • Site Orientation and Badges

Please note that many of these requirements or 3rd party sites have additional student fees associated with them.
