HEALTHSTREAM ENROLLMENT

To complete this item, you will need to enroll in HealthStream. The modules provide verification of required hospital training such as HIPAA and safety.

To access the modules, please follow these instructions:

• Go to http://www.healthstream.com/hlc/wgu

• Click the "First time students click here to register" link

• Fill in the required fields (indicated by a star)

• Username: enter your WGU username

• Password: healthstream

• Hire/Re-hire Date: select the current date

• Department: MAP RN-WGU BSN

• Job Title: WGU STUDENT

• Active Date: select the current date

Once you access the HealthStream site, you will complete the following modules:

SQ: Clinical Rapid Regs

SQ: Clinical Rapid Review

SQ: Non-Clinical, Patient-Facing Rapid Regs

SQ: Non-Clinical, Patient-Facing Rapid Review

Upon completion of these modules, you will download the receipt of your certificate and submit the certificate to your compliance account.
