A group of individuals at the community level with direct stake of the subprojects such as: Barangay Officials, Residence, Civil Society Organization, Professionals and Students with self-esteem to the implementation of all government sub-projects, specially implemented under PRDP. They are given the authority to participate monitoring and evaluation activities on PRDP subprojects implemented within their respective jurisdiction.
