A commodity investment plan is a three-year strategic plan that aligns interventions across key value chains to support provincial and national agricultural goals, developed with input from DA-Regional Field Offices, Provincial Local Government Units, and stakeholders.
Expanded-Vulnerability & Suitability Analysis
Expanded-Vulnerability & Suitability Analysis
The e-VSA ranks municipalities for commodity suitability and vulnerability using socio-economic factors, with standardized parameters for crops and locally chosen ones for other sectors, to guide area prioritization and intervention planning.

Promotes collaborative efforts among various stakeholders to integrate and align development projects. By fostering synergy between government agencies, local governments, and private sector partners, this initiative aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of agricultural and rural development efforts.

Sub-component 1.2 contributes to sustainable rural development and improved agricultural outcomes by incorporating evidence-based insights and ensuring well-targeted investments.
