Learning, Growing, and Evolving Through Feedback

Each year, I submit a self-evaluation where I set goals and outline my plan for the academic year. At the year's end, I review my progress by comparing my initial goals with actual outcomes. This process helps me stay focused, track my achievements, and continuously improve.
