Description- Formulation standardized through Ultra-performance liquid chromatography and Gas chromatography, elucidated the molecular pathway with the help of western blot, real-time PCR, and Immunohistochemistry, quantified the short-chain fatty acid from a fecal sample of animals by High-performance liquid chromatography and GCMS, serum sample was used for analysis neuro-inflammatory markers by ELISA and fecal microbiome analyzed by 16s rRNA analysis. The results were significant, and the formulation showed a potential effect in modulating good bacteria that directly communicate with the brain.

Title- Designed and developed PL02 collagen-based polyherbal formulation for the management of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis.

Description- Polyphenols from herbal extract and the low molecular weight of collagen showed a significant effect in reducing pain and inflammation in mice and rats and showed improvement in the chondrocytes in the knee joint of the MIA induced model. The product has now been transferred to Purobein Life Sciences Himachal Pradesh and is available in India’s market for human use under the neutraceutical category.
