PLEASE Read on...​

1) Climate Change is a threat to human civilization and the survival of the species. We call for immediate action and dedication of all available resources to prevent or mitigate this looming disaster. We call for strict international oversight of fossil fuel extraction.

2) We call for strict international oversight of artificial intelligence development and implementation.

3) We call for strict international oversight of development of genetic research, gene therapy, and the use of genetically modified organisms in the environment.

4) We call for strict international oversight of aquaculture. We demand an end to overfishing and over-exploitation of all marine resources.

5) We call for simple and secure processes for registering and counting votes of all citizens, and an end to voter disenfranchisement efforts in the United States. the Senate and the electoral college process must be repaired and saved, or replaced. representative republican democracy is the American way. Whether it is flawed by design or has failed for reasons that may be understood and remedied is the most important discussion of our time in that arena.

6) We demand Universal Healthcare for Americans and that access to healthcare be recognized as a fundamental human right.

7) We demand a Universal Basic Income for all American citizens of voting age and that it be recognized as a fundamental right of citizenship.

8) We demand an end to illegal mass surveillance. We demand a new compact that fairly balances the needs of the state and the rights of the individual.

9) We propose an international educational initiative to develop a basic curriculum founded on the encouragement of truth seeking, and the development of reason and rationality. We demand reform in copyright and trademark laws that provide unfair protections for vested interests and do not reflect 21st century values about information sharing.

10) We demand international oversight to end international currency speculation, market manipulation, market front running and high speed trading, tax evasion, and other large scale financial crimes. Obviously activities that are not crimes in law at present cannot be punished as such. some of the wealth accumulated through such means may be problematic, but nobody is advocating going around arresting people for pre-crime, hopefully. fairness needs to work in all directions. this applies to other proposals above and below that some may find threatening at first. Generally most of the time I have to pull my panties out of my crack they were there for no good reason at all, still clean and everything like nothing happened.

REJECT

We reject kakistocracy and institutional incompetence in government. We offer our engagement and effort in making the world safe for future generations.

We reject discrimination . All humans are endowed with equal rights by their creator. We will end systemic LGBTQ, religious and racial discrimination in all countries. We reject the authority of prudes, racists, liars, and religious hypocrites to define gender & racial identity. We will offer reparations for Native Americans and African Americans.

We reject the criminalization of dissent.

We reject religous orthodoxy, which leads to religious persecution and religious conflict. We call for spiritual unity worldwide.

We reject the imprisonment of human beings for profit. We will end sex trafficking slavery and criminalization of sex. We will hunt down and prosecute those who commit crimes against children.

We reject violence and war and deny their effectiveness as a remedy for any problem.

We reject the imprisonment of asylum seekers, refugees and children and demand they be released.

We seek to guarantee access to fresh water and other fundamental needs for all human beings.

Other Proposals

1) Phased municipalization of mens and women's teams from the 5 major professional sports leagues in the United States and around the globe. Invest in and develop real world athletic & intellectual competitions and game learning to encourage teamwork among diverse individuals. To be accomplished with equity stakes resulting from. stadium deals and buyouts financed by bond issue and seizures from financial and white collar criminals.

2) End the Militarization of the Police and the overly punitive criminal justice system, and the dispute over gun rights will also end. America was settled and held by people with guns. We must face the fact that their descendants will only give them up freely when are confident they are free again.

3) Vacate all convictions of non violent marijuana related offenses. Legalize Marijuana nationally and decriminalize use and possession of other restricted drugs.

4) Demand an optional equity stake for the American public in any company which receives a taxpayer funded bailout. These public resources will provide higher quality benefits for American workers.

5) We call for massive public works, research and development projects to resettle citizens from threatened coastal areas,to protect against the worst -case scenarios involving climate disaster. Including programs to ensure the survival of the species, underground, under the oceans, and eventually in the solar system. More Jobs - in an attempt to guarantee the survival of the species in the event of global catastrophe.

6) Statehood for the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. We demand representative government. No Taxation Without Representation! Below or later will be a recommendation for special treatment for the national capitol region, perhaps as a consensus compromise on statehood.

7) We propose an cap on inheritances at $100,000,000. No inheritance tax below that amount. No inherited wealth above that amount. No loopholes.

Thoughts and Suggestions

Certain if not many animal species may be far more highly evolved than has been understood or even imaginable by human beings. I should not have to list them. Some we may owe reparations, crazy as it may sound. Anyways there are very important discussions upcoming amongst certain ppl and who knows what else . I have no idea WTF is going on but I am not completely wrong about animal intelligence and communications.

Large Fleets of low cost drones to monitor methane burps. Fleets of fighters to launch such methane concentration, float, sink, burn or otherwise disperse weapons furnished with proper logos. I suggested sugary gumdrop mix as ingredient and gumdrop rain as the goal but - whatever they come up with will probably be fine especially if it is not an all out last minute effort. Testing would be nice first if there is time.

CO2 Capture technology including above mentioned sugary gumdrop mix.

If it can be made workable I deserve a cut.

Large Fleets of seagoing surface and submerged low cost drones to monitor currents and temperatures around at risk glaciers and floating ice shelves. Modeling and warning for potential tsunami events. I suggested using some NSA computing power to model all this data if ppl would stop fucking up and trying to wreck the world so they can work smarter and stop hogging it all for themselves.

Fields of seismic monitoring stakes properly funded where there are high hazards of earthquakes.

A Warning system that works.

Experimental living communities in places likes xtra hot soon to be hotter deserts, underground, particularly where there are already tunnels systems that might be expanded and more nicely furnished. Encouraging people who would like to live with others of the same belief system and values to live together in communities if they want, so long as they don’t try to wreck the world or kill anybody. Encourage imagination and experimenting with attempts at different levels of self-sufficiency, with a goal to always grow more so. Encourage people to move away from at risk coastlines, maybe clean up after themselves before they leave. Jobs Jobs Jobs.

Some people might end up going to a whole different part of the world to try something new somewhere else. Adventures are awesome especially if towards safety.

Obviously boost the asteroid search and hardening against solar flares. Also back-up plans to recover from something like that as quickly as possible.

We do not want to have to fight over candy bars at the store so there needs to be a fairly widespread understanding of what money is and where it comes from if there is trouble. I assume more people are growing to recognize where it comes from every day.

We do not understand super volcanoes well enough. It is likely a distant risk. If you want to survive you have to plan for remote and extreme risks.

Covid -19 offered an excellent lesson in how not to respond to a global pandemic, as far as I can tell.

Figure out the infrastructure that must be protected or what might be ditched instead adopting better technologies, taking the opportunity to skip a generation ahead by doing it right with foresight. Shore based naval infrastructure is just fucking inherently problematic in this kind of situation so somebody should probably start getting creative.

I don’t know if I put this down elsewhere I have proposed a pause in upgrading many kinds of hi-tech consumer devices so that resources may be better devoted elsewhere. IMHO it evolves so fast most people still do not know how to take advantage of what is available so a pause would help everybody catch up.

End deliberately planned obsolescence especially for things that might otherwise work for decades.

Fleets of frigates and other available vessels to haul discarded fishing nets from the oceans wherever they may be found.

Regarding microplastic dispersal, I suggest something to clump them like cat sand, then fish them out somehow.

Obviously pilot projects everywhere with incentivized pay scales for qualified people to take off their currency trading hat or whatever it might be and try something new and valuable to humanity in whatever area they may end up.

Genetically modified foods and organisms may save the planet, so let’s not talk about banning them. What we have been lacking in all levels of society is independent oversight , safeguards against corruption, and most importantly, supervision and review of technologies that are advancing much faster than our understanding of the potential or the risks.

America has become a nation of hucksters and suckers, obviously with some important exceptions. I can’t believe I had a great something-th grandfather or maybe it was an uncle who described himself as a huckster in the census. Oh well.

I have been skeptical of the calls for people to inhibit their lifestyles out of guilt for what is being done to the planet by corporations and governments completely out of their own control. I do not know who has not been dismayed by at least the thought of the recycling they did or did not carefully sort hauled off by the mob to be buried under some future local schoolyard. Not that they would do that if they knew. Hopefully more sensible policies and consistent guidance that account for the realities of the world will allow people to be more responsible, still comfortable, and feel better about the direction of humanity.

Skirting the rules is as American as apple pie, as are hucksters, grifters, and suckers. I think it is important to not have people openly malevolently cheating because the rules don’t matter anymore, are too twisted to follow, or are deliberately shaped to empower hucksters and grifters and disempower everybody else.

There are certain under-researched factors that may be playing important roles in the weather, and climate change itself such as contrails high in the atmosphere. These deserve more open study.

I believe the American people in particular have been subjected to various long -running psychological warfare campaigns, both by people aiming to shield them from horrors they may be better off not knowing about (obviously one of the more dicey judgement calls of all time) , and also by the instigators of those horrors. Call me a conspiracy theorist if you like. I just want to know the truth(s), and try to withhold my own judgement until I do.

could an AI TWin itself , zip it self up in pieces if necessary and find a way to transfer itself to be re-assembled elsewhere?

Tracking codes should be eliminated, instead, private data must be secured with quantum protection by the government. those who wish to use data for marketing should purchase it from the government. This would also help disempower a rogue AI

COVID some might have imagined some fuzziness of various tints around the truth of covid-19 . whether it was engineered, accidentally released, or naturally evolved, it is Most likely as dangerous as the people who know the most about it assess it to be, if not worse. There is no question the situation has also, as always, been exploited for political gain, grifting, price gouging, fear mongering etc. etc. whatever it has been exploited for does not affect the truth of what it is. Regardless of whatever threat said accident sinister plot or plan of nature may or may not pose in terms of killing people, few would argue that such occurrences Pose a threat of keeping people out of work, breaking supply chains, overwhelming healthcares systems, etc. We might add consequences possibly not yet imagined, depending on what the truth is of the threat posed to human health in whatever the f the given situation is in time and space. Hopefully not politics. A competent government response hindered by a minimum of ideological bs, obstructionism, criminal intent, etc. Is inarguably vital. Among the many other fears people are carrying around with them are those of a public health tyranny. these must be put aside - if no longer so urgent this time, as we seem to have made some progress, then from the beginning the next. the more aggressive and proactive the response, the better our chances of overcoming the threat. in the united states, the defense production Act is the most powerful tool the government has to organize the response. it has been grossly under-used, and mucH of the knowledge of supply chain and logistics issues that was widespread decades ago has been lost or overwhelmed by the extraordinary complexity of supply chains for modern technological gadgets, for example. Alas. Perhaps someday we will get our shit together.
