PTO Monthly Open Meeting

1. Call to Order/Roll Call: 4:24

2. President Report:

1. Spirit Shirt delivery Shirt were delivered on Wednesday

2. Book Fair - Record Sales! (With previous sales we were able to spend $1,216 in scholastics on books for the teachers (around $40 per teacher) & give $1k in scholastics for the librarian to spend on the library) Did 18k this year and last fall we did 14k—Thank you so much to the volunteers, parents, teachers, and grandparents!

3. PTO Positions Available Update VP & Secretary position is open

4. ECC Representative update/PTC Committee ECC has created a parent teacher committee to help support staff and events

3. Treasurer Report: Spreadsheet & Report is posted on website at the beginning of each month for previous month

1.  Pickles and Popcorn (sold 456 popcorns & 172 pickles)

2. Spirit T-shirts sold (sold 25 P&P shirts & 139 Spirit shirts)

   1. Pickles & Popcorn at ES - Friday, 9/25 & 10/30 (P&P & cheese balls “pumpkins”)

   3. Homecoming Hairspray Day - Thurs 10/22 at drop off. Need Volunteers! Sign up will be posted soon-looking for 15 volunteers

   4. PTO Open Meeting Thurs. 10/29 - 5:30pm? 

   5. Touch A Truck -Saturday 11/14, Need committee to plan. Need trucks and Volunteers! Need to get started asap (Garbage truck would be cool to have)
