If you are paying by cash or check, please place your payment in an envelope labeled with your name and “PTO” and leave it at the front office.

If you prefer to pay online, first complete the Google Form, then click the Zeffy tab above to submit your membership payment.

Please note: Unfortunately, our shirt orders have closed, so we are no longer offering the membership option that includes a PTO shirt. Memberships are still available without a shirt.
