   1. 48 Members have joined PTO 26-27 School Year

      1. STILL OPEN! 

   2. Spirit Shirts (109 sold)/Pickles & Popcorn shirts (19 sold)

      1. Goal is September 4 (next Friday)

   3. Secretary Resignation (Position open)

   4. ECC Representative Position Open

3. Treasurer Report: All info posted on website 

4. Past Events

   1. Back to School signs

   2. Chalk the Walk

   3. Stock the Fridge - both ES & ECC

   4. Staff Breakfast - both at ES & ECC

5. Future Events (Volunteer sign ups always on our Facebook/Website):

   1. Pickles & Popcorn at ES - Friday, 8/28

   2. ES Picture Day - Wednesday, 9/9   ECC Oct. 14th

   3. ES Book Fair - 9/14-18 (set up on 9/11 at 8:30am)

      1. Hours: 7:30am-3pm, Friday only until 11:30am

      2. Volunteer shifts are 2 hour blocks

      3. Every shift worked volunteer earns $5 off their own purchase, up to $20

      4. Need lots of extra workers for Grandparents Day mornings (Tuesday & Wednesday)

   4. Grandparents Day - Come have breakfast with student & shop the book fair

      1. Tuesday, 9/15 - 1st and 2nd Grade

      2. Wednesday, 9/16 - 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade

   5. PTO Monthly Meetings - Thursday, 9/24, starting at 4:15pm Would like to alternate for a later time

   6. Pickles & Popcorn - Friday, 9/25

   7. Homecoming Hairspray - Thursday, 10/22

   8. Touch a Truck - Saturday, November 11/14

      1. Need people to help plan and work event

7. Open Floor/Questions/Raffle: Questions on where and what we do for Pickles and Popcorn and what is required for ECC rep. (Maggie Musick raffle winner!)
