We are a team of researchers who use both dry lab and wet lab experiments to pursue curiosity-driven research as well as practical applications. Currently, we are engaged with the following objectives:

Molecular basis of Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR):

 Searching for new drug targets against AMR:

 Finding action mechanisms of the essential bacterial GTPase Obg protein, CgtA, and associated proteins: 

We have been using Vibrio, Mycobacteria, and Pseudomonas as some of our model organisms for the above studies.

 We also do structure-function studies of protein complexes and macromolecules such as Ribosomes, and viruses using cryo-EM from bacterial, animal, and plant resources:
