If you've used prior versions of BobCAD, you're familiar with the challenges of aligning geometry to program four-axis wire parts. Ensuring the top and bottom parts were in sync was very time-consuming. We've heard your feedback, and today, BobCAD will automatically synchronize your geometry, dramatically reducing programming time and allowing you to focus on what matters: Cutting parts. 

Now, you can easily set up synchronization lines and stop points. When you program in the 4th axis wire, the synchronization of top and bottom shapes plays a vital role in the final result.  Therefore, the ability to easily set up synchronization lines to guide the wire or to enter stop points will give you the control you need for that perfect finish. 

As you know, wire EDM machines have specific power and speed settings. Some of our machines already include this information, but if you want to set up your own, you can now save all your power settings as templates to apply in other parts.
