You don't simulate out of the toolpath; you simulate from your code. Our current simulator and most industry simulators will follow the toolpath, so the simulation will directly represent the path lines created by the CAM system.
Our NC Editor PRO will simulate from the G code, which means that the simulation you see with our NC editor PRO will be exactly what your machine will cut line by line. Also, you can change the code manually on the NC Editor and see the modification play out, and more importantly, you can simulate any G code no matter where it was originally programmed. All you have to do is set up a proper header, and you are ready to check your work.
Our NC Editor PRO has the capability to add tools and tool holders. This will maximize your simulation experience and increase the accuracy of the simulation results.
In our NC Editor PRO, everything is color-coded with specific colors for each function, which will facilitate reading and editing the G Code. Also, when your controller runs out of memory, our NC Editor PRO can optimize and reduce the number of lines. You can remove blank spaces and spaces and even re-sequence the code.
This functionality is vital. If you need to compensate on a specific axis or go deeper on the Z axis, you just have to select the letter or function you want to modify, the type of operation, and then modify the value.
You can quickly adapt this to your needs by selecting whether you want to apply it to a current selection, the whole file or until the next tool change.
You can quickly modify the feed rate or spindle speeds within this dialog box. Just select whether you want to modify your spindle speed or your feed rate, set a percentage increase or reduction, and you are done.
