Configuration
STANDARD ALGORITHMS
POWER: it is the direct POWER. It is measured when a POWER METER is detected with balance on dual Power Meters.
C POWER: it is the algorithm used for Calculated POWER when a power meter is not detected.
A POWER: it is the 30 seconds Average C POWER algorithm. You can also chose it on the settings.
AVG POWER: it is the Averaged C POWER algorithm since the begining to the first "STOP" in the session.
LAP POWER: it is the LAP C POWER algorithm since the beginning to the first "LAP" in the session.
MAX POWER: it is the Maximum POWER detected of the C POWER algorithm.
VAM Velocita Ascention Mediale is the vertical speed or Meter/Hr
FTP: it is the Functional Threshold Power form POWER or C POWER
PRO ALGORITHMS (ADVANCED POWER CALCULATIONS)
VI: it is Variability Index form POWER or C POWER VI = NP / P_avg
IF: it is the Intensity Factor form POWER or C POWER IF = NP / FTP
TSS: it is the Training Stress Score form POWER or C POWER TSS = (t * NP * IF) / (FTP * 36)
WORK: is Kilojoules form POWER or C POWER E(kJ) = P(W) × t(s) / 1000
EF: is the Efficiency Factor form POWER or C POWER EF = NP / HR avg

SETTINGS POWER BIKE AND RUN FIELD:
SERIAL: Serial number depending on the type of license pre loaded with a Standard License
BIKE WEIGHT: Weight of the bike you are using
FTP: Your estimated Functional Threshold Power
CP: Critical Power should be 1.1 to 1.5 of your FTP
AWC: Anaerobic Work Capacity the kilojoules you plan to spend (1000/hr)
W´: Anaerobic Work Capacity 1000 Kj for a 2 HR event to 3000 Kj for a 6 HR event
Blue Zone Optimal for 2HR/1000 Kj
Green Zone Optimal for 1HR/1000 Kj
Yellow Zone Optimal for 30HR/MIN 1000 Kj
