Track down Cipher that went into hiding.

• Seer Selene can reset your Trainer Abilities. After that, you can respec to your likes (no limitation to certain Abilities per level). She lives in the purple tent in the north west of Tenebris.

• The Herb Shop sells useful herbs and other stuff. It's located in the east of Tenebris.

• The Black Market Dealer in the east of Tenebris sells every usefull held item available in exchange for CP.

• There is a bar similiar to the Watering Hole called the 'Snorlax Sip'. A cameo of Scarlett and Selecto (Pokémon Eon Guardians) is there as well.
