Grinding is an essential part of Pokémon Dark Horizon. If a challenge seems too difficult, it may be because your Pokémon's level is not high enough. However, thanks to the region's various battle facilities, you have unlimited access to Pokémon Trainers for training at any time.

Battles in Pokémon Colosseums give your Pokémon boosted experience points, which should significantly speed up grinding. These facilities are also a good way to make Shadow Pokémon more trusting. So if you reach a point where you seem to be stuck, take a short training break at the Rivex or Oceanheart Colosseum.
