Trainer Abilities
Level Up
Once you have collected enough Trainer EXP to level up, you can choose a Trainer Ability.
The higher your level, the more skills you will unlock.
'Older skills' stay available for the next Level Up as well.
You can only change/respec your chosen abilities late in the game.
So think carefully about your choice!

Level 1: snagged more than 10 Shadow Pokémon
Level 2: snagged more than 24 Shadow Pokémon
Level 3: snagged more than 43 Shadow Pokémon
Level 4: snagged more than 67 Shadow Pokémon
Level 5: snagged more than 86 Shadow Pokémon
