Hola mis amigos, me llamo Kristin!

I am a reader, a creative, a nature-lover, and a beloved child of God. Originally from Hampshire, IL I studied Art and Literature with a focus in Creative Writing at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and spent a year teaching English in France. After two years of living back in the Chicago Suburbs, in April 2022 I accepted a position in Argentina with the ELCA Young Adults in Global Mission and am spending eleven months in communion with El Instituto Evangelico Americano in Villa Del Parque, Buenos Aires. 

When not working, I find joy going for walks, exploring museums, reading, and finding new coffee shops! 

Over the eleven months I am in service, I am aiming to post at least once a month but hopefully more. Sharing stories from my school and congregation, giving you just a little slice of my day to day and hopefully making the world a little smaller in the process.
