Rotary has an impressive network of individuals that spans the globe with over 32,000 clubs internationally. Our club started in Pocatello in 1918. While the club has significant history and tradition, we constantly seek to build new friendships and embrace new ideas to help us adapt to the changing needs for service in our community and throughout the world. Dues presently are $261.00 per quarter, invoiced quarterly in advance. This amount covers meals we must charge in advance, regardless of attendance, in order to manage catering guarantees. It also includes a subscription to The Rotarian magazine (required by Rotary International), District 5400 and Rotary International per capita charges, and $30.00 for a Rotary Foundation contribution (which helps fund Rotary’s worldwide service projects such as the eradication of Polio). You may opt-out of $23 of the $30 foundation contribution by notifying the club secretary via an email to pocatellorotary@gmail.com. There is also a onetime new-member fee of $50.00, which covers start-up expenses such as a name badge and orientation materials.
