Water Purification System

Here we had to create and develop our own Water Purification System using materials that we can easily obtain and purchase. The main goal was to filter water that initially had a turbidity of 650ntu. Our goal was to have it filtered down to a turbidity of less than 5. 

Reflection: Although this project was difficult it allowed me to think outside the box and experiment with different methods and materials. It also gave me experience with working with something with such a small room for error that every decision had to be a well thought out and researched idea, or else the entire filter would've been ruined. After many trials our final turbidity was 12ntu, our lowest turbidity we ever recorded however was roughly 6ntu.
