Pastoral Care
Communion to Homebound Members – teams visit the homebound members monthly visits to serve them communion and offer fellowship and prayer support.
Visits to the sick and terminally ill – visits are made to unwell members in hospital or at home and followed up where needed.
Bereavement Support – visits and prayer support for members who have lost a loved and help in coordinating church services on behalf of the family.
Inner Healing – for persons in need of healing from emotional or past hurts which have affected their connection with God.
Counselling – helping members to manage and cope with issues in relationships, family, marriages and other personal issues for youths and adults.
Spiritual formation offers opportunities for soul care through the following pathways:
Companions in Christ – a small group spiritual formation experience through 28 weeks (see brochure)
Retreats (various kinds): Quiet Days with the Lord (individually arranged or with a group), Tending the Soul Retreats (stay-in silent retreats), Retreat in Daily Life (non-residential).
Spiritual direction – regular one-on-one conversations offering you a confidential and safe space to pay attention and attend to your relationship with God in your ordinary life experiences and reflections in prayer.
