Problems with mental well-being are becoming increasingly pronounced in our society; more people, young and old, are facing mental health issues.

We may have friends or family members experiencing challenges with their mental well-being. Some of us are primary caregivers to those with mental health challenges.

This series of talks will help you to understand and identify early signs of depression and dementia. You will learn basic skills to relate to those with depression or dementia and make them feel heard and supported.

Christians must engage in wise Scriptural interpretation and application, to work out faithful, relevant lives. Learn Bible genres and interpretative rules, with hands-on practice on different biblical texts.

The main subject of this course is the interpretation and application of Scripture. The course aims to help you reflect seriously on what is involved in interpreting the biblical text. During the course, several necessary aspects of biblical interpretation (e.g., word studies, the relevance of the historical context) will be considered.

The Worship, Music and Creative Expressions Ministry is conducting the Greenhouse Programme in July and August to equip members with a talent for music and creativity, so that they can grow these skills to impact and touch lives for the expansion of God’s kingdom. The courses and workshops offered this year are taught by Christian teachers who are professional trainers in their field of expertise in Singapore.

Each course will last 4 weeks, and the detailed fees for the courses are listed in the tables.

Please Note that for music courses, participants would need some music background (either playing experience or Grade 5 piano/theory).

For vocals, drama, dance, flags and prophetic art, participants won't need prior any experience.

If you want to equip yourself to understand the Worldviews for Cross-Cultural Ministry, this Missions Forum will empower you to understand different cultural worldviews and how to relate to people from foreign cultures. 

It will equip us in our evangelism and discipling approaches to those with differing worldviews from ours.
