HIGHLIGHTS
THE CHRISTMAS TALE
In the video, the Bibiks say, “If anyone asks you what you want for Christmas, just say, “Nothing, because all we want for Christmas is YOU!”
On Sunday 30 Oct, we are launching our “Follow Me to the Musical” campaign. You see this popular trend all over social media.
We want to encourage you to take photos in this pose with your family, friends, colleagues etc and post it on our Instagram site. Let’s create a buzz and make sure people hear about our musical.
Reservation of free tickets opens 20 Nov 2022, 9am at reservation.plmc.org. So pray for God to show you whom to invite. We’re giving out The Christmas Tale stickers after the services, so use them to invite your guests! Because the best gift you could give your loved ones this Christmas is the Gift of Salvation!
Come join us for this Christmas Extravaganza on the evenings of 22, 23 and 24 Dec!

A group of our members also represented PLMC at the Carnival on 29 Oct with a booth - Big Bubbles of Joy - selling bubble wands and bubble solution. They raised $2135.50!

THE ANGEL TREE PROJECT
This Project, done in partnership with Prisons Fellowship Singapore, aims to bring a message of hope from inmates to their loved ones, in the spirit of Christmas. With this initiative, inmates are given an opportunity to seek forgiveness and share with their families how God has touched their lives. The messages of hope and reconciliation from the inmates to their families are delivered together with gift packs by volunteers. This knitting of hearts brings hope and joy to the inmates’ loved ones, and restoration of broken relationships. We are calling for volunteers to help deliver the messages and gift packs to the inmates’ families in the first three weeks of December. Please email outreach@plmc.org by 12 Nov 2022 if you want to participate in this project. A briefing to volunteers on the Angel Tree Project will be done on 19 Nov 2022.
THE CHRISTIAN CALENDAR - KINGDOMTIDE
Kingdomtide, known as Ordinary Time in some churches, starts on the last Sunday in August, and is the last season in the Christian calendar. The season’s emphasis is on Christ the King Eternal, and the themes are the Kingdom of God, the Christian life and maturity, and spiritual growth, both personal and corporate. The liturgical colour is green, symbolizing growth and God’s eternal kingdom.
