Silver Boxes
1. We thank God for the God-encounters that the children and leaders had, during the PLMC Children's Conference. We pray for this generation that they will continue to rise up and be the generation to carry the mantle of loving Jesus and making Him known.
2. Pray for our upcoming plans to enlarge the tents and start a new zone for the P5 and P6 children. May the Lord direct our path as we align to the Church vision and mission to grow deeper and further.
3. Pray for our upcoming celebrations for our 90th Church Anniversary at Silver Boxes on 10July. This year, we are collaborating with the Young Adults and the Crossover Camp Committee.
Sonshine Kids
1. We thank God for raising up the Young Adults to helm our Sentosa Outing on 2 July. We pray that they will continue to find God and live out their purpose and belong to Him as they serve in this Sonshine Kids community.
2. We praise God for bringing the new children to Sonshine Kids and continue to pray that they will encounter the love of Jesus, and grow in wisdom, in stature and in favour with God and Man.
3. Pray for our upcoming National Day Celebrations to reach out to the children on 6 August.
We praise God for every heart stirred during the PLMC Church Conference held last month. We pray for the continuing work of the Holy Spirit in their lives, and that they will be committed and disciplined towards faithful discipleship.
Let’s pray for them and ourselves to live a Distinct Life (paying attention to our soul), a Directed Life (listening with a response of obedience), and a Devoted Life (living whole-heartedly for God).
We pray for those who have signed up plus those considering to do so for the Holy Spirit Teaching Session (Jul) and Alpha Course (Aug), that God will prepare their hearts to respond accordingly, and anoint the Speaker and Facilitators respectively.
Please pray for FS worshippers who struggle to attend cell group meetings online, and service both onsite and online due to heavy work demands.
Pray that our youths will follow God and grow in their faith.
Many youths are struggling with school stress, social acceptance, and self-worth. Pray that they will turn to God in their struggles, and the YM community will lift one another up.
Our youths are sometimes challenged for their beliefs. Pray that they will have divine wisdom and courage to hold on to God’s truth and display God’s love.
Pray that God will raise up a generation that loves God with all their heart, soul, strength and mind, and loves their neighbour as themselves.
For the YM staff and leaders: pray for strength, sensitivity to God’s leading, and God’s grace and empowerment as we seek to build up our youths in the Lord.
