PLMC CONFERENCE 2022 (16 to 19 Jun 2022)
Next year, instead of a Church Camp, we’re doing things differently with a Church Conference. It will have many speakers to meet the diverse needs of the participants, to address the challenges ahead in a post-COVID world.
The theme of the Conference is Generations Unbroken - with God as our master weaver, weaving our multigenerational church together and is part of our 90th Anniversary celebrations. Please save the dates - 16 to 19 Jun 2022.
We have a video clip Introducing the logo that will be used across all our 90th anniversary celebration events. It shows many threads woven together to form God’s grand design of a beautiful tapestry. The rationale behind the logo will be revealed in the weeks to come on the PLMC Conference IG page here: @plmc_conference

OUTREACH CHRISTMAS COMMUNITY BLESSINGS
As part of Celebrate Christmas By Blessing, you can continue your 40DOB Project Safe Place by partnering Outreach in the Christmas Blessings to the Community. Pray about whether you would like to join us in bringing the Message of Hope to our friends in the Community and, through the works that we do in various places, allow God to begin restoring his image in them. Email us at outreach@plmc.org if you find yourself led to join us in one or more of the following activities:
1. Blk 223A Serangoon Ave 4. We shall be distributing special Christmas food and Christmas gifts to the families who live in this rental block on the morning of 18 Dec 2021.
2. Blks 201-210 Serangoon Central. We will partner with Braddell Heights CCC to deliver essential food items and dry rations to the needy families in this block. We will also be delivering special Christmas gifts to these families. This activity is tentatively scheduled to take place on 18 Dec 2021 afternoon.
3. Migrant Workers Christmas Party. Depending on the prevailing national situation and the restrictions that come with it, we plan to host a Christmas Party for our migrant worker friends either in Church or at the Shaw Road dormitory. We will bless our migrant worker friends with a good meal, a Christmas story session, games, and Christmas gifts. This event is scheduled to take place in the evening 19 Dec 2021.
CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS BY BLESSING
Christmas is a season where hearts are most open to receive the blessing of Jesus through God’s people. So why not seize the moment and seek the leading of the Holy Spirit to be a blessing this Christmas.
If you missed the 40 Days of Blessing earlier this year, perhaps the Lord is leading you into your own Project Safe Place. Some possibilities include joining our Outreach Ministry to bless the community around PLMC.
If restrictions are eased, and you are led to celebrate Christmas with invited guests in your home, we are preparing a Christmas Celebration Kit that you can use to create an environment for meaningful conversations during the celebration. The kit will have carols, a recorded Christmas message by a pastor, and conversation starters.
Watch this space for when we launch the Kit!
