■ Measures on Breaching Community Operating Policy

• Significance of Operating Policy

- This Operating Policy supplements the Otherworld Mercenary Corps Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") and includes matters regarding the operation standards of baobob Lab (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), including the effects of breaching the Terms by members (those who agreed to the Terms; hereinafter referred to as "Members") using the Otherworld Mercenary Corps (hereinafter referred to as the "Game") provided by the Company, objection procedures against restrictions, and recovery policies, and matters Members must be aware of when using services. 

① In principle, the Company shall not intervene with disputes caused between Members within the Community; provided, however, that the Company may examine the dispute between Members and take necessary measures if it is related to actions breaching the Terms and Operating Policy or other actions disrupting orderly community service operations.

② The Company may, without prior notice, move or deny the registration of unsound and ill-mannered posts (writings, photographs, or videos Members post within the community, such as text, images, sounds, or information consisting of combinations thereof) or comments within the Community.

③ The Company may designate and operate official community policies that specify matters in the Terms or Operating Policy; the Company may apply restrictions on using the Community or Game according to items stipulated by the corresponding policy.

• Fundamental Principles

- The community of Otherworld Mercenary Corps is a space prepared to share information related to content within the game; its purpose is to exchange various information, have daily-life conversations, and share opinions regarding the Company and services.

- The Company shall strive with its best effort to create a sound and pleasant environment and provide stable services based on such a principle.

• Principles of Use

- All restriction measures are taken without providing notifications.

- Aggravated punishment may apply to measures restricting game use according to the objective decision of the game manager (hereinafter referred to as the "GM").

- Breach of prohibited items below may lead to restrictions on Discord activities for the purpose of sound community activities.

- Uploading posts applicable to the following may lead to its deletion and the change of the profile image without prior warning; restrictions on use may follow depending on the number of cases.
