Alakesh is a toy and game designer and play-interaction researcher, currently pursuing a doctorate in design at UNIDCOM/IADE. Having a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering and a master’s degree in toy and game design, Alakesh has diverse experience in the fields of art, crafts, education, games, cognitive psychology, new media, and technology. Alongside the industry experience in different sectors, he has been closely connected with academia and research for several years. Before joining the PhD program, he worked as a teacher and mentor in the field of product design and communication design at different universities in India. He aspires to contribute to advancing comprehensive solutions that address the needs of all by bridging disciplines with varied skill sets and extensive experience.
