What is stud work?

Stud work or more accurately partition work is when you build a none supporting wall or ceiling. Traditionally out of timber and more recently out of metal studs. The idea is you then plasterboard this and skim it.

Above are a couple of examples of stud / partition work that we have completed in Lancashire. This isn't the typical work of a plasterer, however its a service we have a lot of experience in, and allows us to put up plasterboards, so we offer this alongside our plastering services.
