Flowcam  & Zooscan

Installation of the Zooprocess pack

• Download the ImageJ_Zooprocess_install_XXbits_OS depending of your computer and the Zooprocess_version_X.XX. All necessary files, including the vuescan installer are included in the archive.

• Then follow the instructions from the Zooprocess_setup_manual.

Version 8.18 and above : note for Flowcam users

• The version 8.18 and above version provide the possibility to obtain much better vignettes from the raw images of the Flowcam equipped with color camera

• It also provides much complete sample metadata for all Flowcam samples. A tutorial available from the "manual" page of the website explain how to get benefit of these new metadata for a safer computing of the plankton abundances.
