If you'd like to rent the community center, check the calendar below for availability then call or text Julie Wilson to reserve your date. $200 deposit and a signed contract is required to reserve your date.

Residents: $200 Deposit | $75 Rental Fee Monday - Thursday | $100 Rental Fee Friday through Sunday

Non Residents: $200 Deposit | $400 Rental Fee

Rental is from 8AM-8PM on the date reserved. If the building is not properly cleaned according to the cleaning policy, the $200 deposit is forfeited. Please make sure it is cleaned well enough for someone else to rent the next day. No tacks, pins, or tape on walls, ceilings, or floors. No trash should be left in the building. Please see rental agreement for all terms and conditions. 

RENTING THIS BUILDING MEANS THAT YOU WILL BE PRESENT DURING THE RENTAL EVENT.  "Subleasing" of the building is not permitted.
