Learning Retreats

Learning Retreats are part-workshop, part-retreats designed for participants to explore new ways to learn while immersing within a creative and safe community of like-minded people. in yourself and the futures you hope to see.We offer two types of workshops to help you set yourself up for personal and collaborative successes:

NAVIGATING TRANSITIONS AND IN-BETWEENS

This is an ode to the often dull, messy, or complicated in-betweens that are often untold and unseen. With all the uncertainty around us, how can we plan and rebuild a future? This is a gathering to reflect on your life journey, deepen your personal mastery, and learn how to design your life.

REFLECTIVE JOURNALING

The beginning of the year is an opportunity to take a fresh look at the year and reconnect to what truly matters.  This interactive learning retreat will guide you to step back from the daily school or work programming and set actions to intentionally move forward the new year. This is open to anyone with or without journaling experience.

WHAT PARTICIPANT SAY

"At first, I wanted to give myself a type of experience that would help me know how to navigate my life’s in-betweens, but it gave so much more than just that. I found comfort in being seen and heard by people coming from all walks of life whom I haven’t met in person yet. Strangers who turned into friends, supporters, and even life companions in the midst of this long haul of a pandemic. Everyone’s presence and life stories made the whole 2-day program so alive and pure that it continues to warm my heart to this day."

- Fiel Tugade, University Student

"It's difficult to share a piece of yourself with strangers but because the organizers were vulnerable in the main room, the participants were encouraged to lean into it and show their authentic selves.

The conversations became transformative, where strangers became kindred spirits. So thank you for allowing us to hold space for each other."

- Genica Bucao, Educator

"It really did feel like a retreat. It felt inspiring to meet people who have similar interests, people who are highly intuitive, and people who have hopes and dreams of making communities better spaces.

It's also great to find organizers who are open to share their resources with good intentions and not coming from a scarcity mindset. There were plenty of opportunities for everyone to help each other."
