VOLLEYBALL

"Volleyball is a game of intuition, imagination, improvisation – but most of all, of reciprocity  Of teamwork." — Marv Dunphy

“Victory is not always about winning, but about giving your best with courage and determination.” With the Divine Blessings of Sri Sri Lord Dr. Prakashnatha Swamiji and the special gratitude to our Visionary Principal, Dr. Malini M. Dutta Ma’am, for her continuous support and guidance, our U14 Boys proudly secured the Runner Up position at the Samsidh School Volleyball Tournament. After two impressive victories against Samsidh School, Electronic City Branch and Sri Chaitanya School, Kanpur Bangalore, our boys entered the final and displayed exceptional determination and team spirit. Despite heavy rain and a close 25–22 finish, they fought till the very last point with great spirit. Our U14 Girls also participated with enthusiasm and commendable sportsmanship. Heartfelt congratulations to our students and special appreciation to Volleyball Coach Mr. Mallesh for his dedication, hard work and outstanding coaching strategies.

"Sports teach us that with unity, passion, and resilience, every arena becomes a stage for growth."

Enfolded in the benevolent grace of Sri Sri Lord Dr. Prakashnath Swamiji and inspired by the motivational leadership of our principal Dr. Malini M. Dutta, the athletic spirit of BGSNPS Hulimavu shone brightly at The Rising International School Inter-School Competition on 29th August 2026. Demonstrating remarkable teamwork and unwavering grit, our student teams made a powerful mark across court sports. The U-14 Girls Volleyball team delivered an outstanding campaign, battling their way to the finals against Gear International School to proudly secure the Runner-up trophy. Adding to the historic celebration, the U-17 Girls Throwball team achieved a monumental feat in their very first tournament appearance, fighting through tough rounds to reach the final match against Holy Cross School and claim the Runner-up position. This phenomenal maiden performance stands as a shining testament to the strategic leadership and hard work of Volleyball and Throwball coach Mr. Mallesh, whose guidance empowered our players to step onto the court with confidence and bring home well-deserved honors.
