Phizero has the know-how for the study and simulation of low-frequency electromagnetic devices .

These skills have been used in the realization of some products (see "PzMove") and advanced services for our customers. The study foresees the creation in 3D of electromechanical devices like

• Electromagnets
• Linear actuators
• Rotary actuators

Phizero can evaluate the efficiency of the system in terms of forces and moments produced , power consumed , energy efficiency , distribution of the EM field and possible saturation of the air gaps.

Furthermore, a dimensional analysis is carried out to evaluate the impact of mechanical tolerances on the efficiency of the device.
