After a careful engineering of the products to be treated and composted, this handling and assembly plant was designed and built by Phizero with a view to increasing productivity while keeping the staff employed , during the assembly phase of a carpentry product.

The countless dimensional formats have been studied and managed through the installation of an integrated embedded system that manages the incoming orders and communicates the operations to the system and to the monitors of the various manual interlocking stations.

In this way, the set of manual operations mixed to the final assembly operations, completely automatic, were organized and efficient, allowing production management to have visibility on the flow of incoming materials and output products .

The robotic island also assembles the format by parametrically varying its operating cycles using the variables acquired from the management system .

The robotic island complies with the current regulations in terms of safety, through active and passive protection systems.
