In line with its vision, it is committed to continuously maintain adequate, relevant/updated, curated, and organized information resources to support the different curricula, instructional and research programs of the institute.

The library department envisions to be an excellent provider of information resources for the development of competent leaders and professionals in all programs.

In line with the mission and vision of PHINMA NCR libraries, the following library objectives have been formulated:

1. To select, evaluate and acquire library materials in varied formats to meet and respond to the various curricula and programs of the institution.

2. To promote literacy, encourage lifelong learning, and disseminate / share information with stakeholders through its reading materials and resources.

3. To expand the library’s role in the digital environment and explore emerging technologies that can be used to enhance teaching and learning.

4. To establish /cooperate with other PHINMA libraries (for resource sharing purposes) to increase the quantity, quality and efficiency of electronic resources and services.
