The PHILMEA guarantee that NO PERSON shall suffer any form of professional retaliation, harassment, or adverse consequence for reporting a concern in good faith.
Any officer or professional or Institutions found to be retaliating against a whistleblower will be subject to immediate expulsion from the association and reported to MARINA, CHED, PRC, DOLE, DMW and other Government Agency for further disciplinary action.
