The PHILMEA Electronic Certification System (ECS) extends beyond recognition identification to include the Electronic Certificate of Registration (e-COR). This initiative is designed to provide institutions and individual professionals with an official, verifiable record of their status within the association without the delays or costs associated with traditional paper-based logistics.

The PHILMEA Digital Identification System is a modern, high-security initiative designed to provide seamless professional recognition for maritime educators and stakeholders. This system is specifically engineered to bridge the gap for members who face geographical or logistical challenges in securing a traditional physical ID, offering a cost-efficient and practical alternative that meets international standards for digital credentials.
