• An inventory of how each item engages students in grade-level or grade-band NGSS standards:
  • What is the overall "bundle" of Performance Expectations for the whole item cluster?
  • Which parts of the Performance Expectation bundle are strongest for each item?
  • Which of the three dimensions will students use on each item?

Answer Keys, Rubrics & Examples

• Answer key for selected-response items.
• Rubrics for free-response items describe typical features of responses at different levels of quality.
• Examples of typical student responses for each level of quality on each free-response item.
