The Pharmacy Beverage Company Celebrates One Year in Business in Poynette

Poynette, WI — June 8, 2026 — What started as a dream to create a welcoming space for conversation, connection, and handcrafted drinks has officially reached an exciting milestone. The Pharmacy Beverage Company, the small-town wine and cocktail bar located on Hwy 51 in Poynette, WI, is proudly celebrating its first anniversary this month.

Over the past year, The Pharmacy Beverage Company has become more than just a place to grab a drink. From date nights and celebrations to casual evenings with friends, the bar has grown into a gathering place where locals and visitors alike can slow down, relax, and enjoy thoughtfully crafted cocktails, wine, and hospitality in a comfortable atmosphere.

“We wanted to create something approachable and inviting — a place where everyone feels welcome whether they’re ordering a classic cocktail, beer or wine, or trying something new, or just stopping in after work,” said Ruth Lee, who owns The Pharmacy Beverage Company with her husband Dan “The support from this community over the last year has meant everything to us.”

Since opening, the bar has hosted book clubs, family gatherings, special tastings, seasonal cocktail menus, community events, and collaborations with local businesses, all while helping bring new energy to Poynette.

To mark the occasion, The Pharmacy Beverage Company will host a one-year anniversary celebration on Saturday, June 20, 2026, featuring special cocktails and giveaways. Community members and friends are invited to stop in, raise a glass, and celebrate the milestone together.

“This first year has been filled with memorable conversations, familiar faces, and so much encouragement from the community,” said Dan Lee. “We’re excited for what’s ahead.”
