"The Pharmacy".

Owners Dan Lee, and his wife Ruth met at UW Stevens Point and both have backgrounds in natural resources.  They live in Poynette Wisconsin, just north of Madison.  When not behind the bar, Dan's fulltime gig is managing the facilities at the Double Tree Hotel in Madison for North Central Hospitality.  Dan also enjoys crafting handmade wooden furniture and routered items with Lee Custom Woodworking (some items available at "The Pharmacy"), and Ruth is the Executive Director for the Outdoor Heritage Education Center.  

They purchased the building at 317 N US Hwy 51 in Poynette in April 2025 and the creation of The Pharmacy Beverage Company began.  Inspired by tasting rooms in California and a fondness for good wine, beer, and cocktails they created a personal and comfortable spot to gather with family and friends.

They have two grown daughters (and many kitties) and both enjoy crafting and creating things in one form or another.
