April 19, 2025, Cherry Blossom Season continues. The Autumnalis in Area C are leafing out but are still beautiful with delicate blossoms and new leaves together. The weeping cherries (Area C-a) are opening! The kwanzan cherries (Area G, on the slope behind Latrobe Shelter) are just starting to open, and should be nice into at least next weekend. They will be the finale to the season.
April 9, 2025, It's time to visit! The Okame in Areas B & K are open, and the Sargent cherries in Area I (on the big slope) are staring to leaf out. The Yoshino cherries by the Pearce Shelter (Area G) are open now, looking better than they have in many years. The Pink Flair blossoms (Area D) are open and looking good. So are the Accolade cherries in Areas A, L, and J, the Snow Goose cherries in Areas J and C, and the Akebono (Area M). All other Accolades and Autumnalis are opening. The weeping cherries and the Kwanzan cherries are biding their time.
