Requirements

List of Documentary Requirements

• Certification issued by the company, printed on its official letterhead.

• Certification from the developer/operator verifying the company's compliance with the deed of restrictions established by the developer.

• Certifications from relevant government agencies confirming the company's compliance with all applicable requirements.

• Certification from Zone Managers indicating the following:

o   Financial Obligations - Zone Manager shall coordinate with the Finance of their cluster and issue an endorsement that the applicant has no financial obligations.

o   Compliance to Deed of Restriction set by the developer.

o   Legal Obligations – Zone Manager shall coordinate with PEZA Legal Affairs Group (LAG)

o   Compliance with the Reportorial Requirements set by the Enterprise Services Division (ESD)

o   Other compliances from other relevant agencies.

• Supporting documents that the applicants may consider necessary.
