Description:
SCP-231-7 is a █████ female between █ and ██ years old, associated with a cryptic and ominous description. SCP-231-1 through 7 were rescued during a police raid on a warehouse owned by the "Children of the Scarlet King" cult. SCP-231-1 gave birth shortly after the rescue, resulting in an SCP-██ event that caused over ███ casualties. The Foundation then took custody of SCP-231-2 through 231-7 and implemented Procedure 110-Montauk to prevent similar events based on information found in the cult's notebooks. 

Although SCP-231-7 is believed to be the last mother of the Scarlet King's children, [ERROR. COGNITOHAZARD REMOVED], this is far from the truth. Before the deployment of MTF Alpha-1 alongside the External Affairs Department to recover the any traces from cultists performing rituals on behalf of the scarlet king, a deep cover agent with the department working for the Ethics Committee notified the Chairman about the planned operation. As a response, Ethics Committee Chairman Fionn O'Rourke authorized the deployment of MTF Alpha-1 subdivision TLB to subdue the cultists, gather evidence, recordings, etc..., before amnesticating them without leaving a trace and reporting back to himself. 

The operation run by Omega-1 operatives was successful, leaving no traces for Alpha-1, DEA and the cultists to find. Recovered were the following:
- 2x Video recordings of previous cultist rituals.
- 3x Sacrificial videos.
- 2x Cultist books regarding sacrifices.
- 6x Posters regarding the scarlet king.
and more.

After reading through the pages, Chairman Fionn discovered discrepancies regarding multiple pages, identifying the plans for the cultists to kidnap several woman and perform rituals on them to birth, what is now formally known as the children of the Scarlet King, with the woman known as SCP-231-1 through 7. As predicted when the Alpha-1 and DEA taskforce raided the cultist building, they found several woman held hostage.

Unbeknownst to the O5 Council and under orders from the Chairman, [ERROR. COGNITOHAZARD REMOVED] the most trusted members of Omega-1 were tasked to attempt to re-create the rituals used for the children of the Scarlet King using 147 female D-Class taken to Site-██, Ethics Committee Bunker under the pretense of "Psychological Evaluation" then labelled KIA. with D-Class numbers ranging from D-592034 to D-592181. Majority of these D-Class were terminated after testing and testing documents burned to attempt to remove a paper trail of evidence. 

Out of these 147 individuals used for testing, only 7 were successfully able to produce children. Below is a list of children:

7) SCP-███; A  humanoid  child resembling a fetus called  'Asmodeus'.

Due to the innocence and lack of anomalous capabilities resembled by 'Asmodeus', the Chairman took a liking to the creature, wanting to give it a normal chance at life, later ordering it's survival by any means necessary. Additionally to large expenses given to keep the child alive, a weekly dose of Class-F was given until the child entered puberty, resulting in a total of 460L of Class-F amnestics being used on the child. The purpose of the mass-amnestication was to ensure that it was not able to become treasonous against the foundation.

Throughout his childhood, 'Asmodeus' was kept in a 3x3 cell specially designed in the bunker by amnesticated construction workers, with multiple CL5 Bio Coded doors and bulk heads being required to be opened to enter the viewing area of the cell. A large amount of Class-F was used to make the humanoid forget about it being kept inside a cell all it's life, and to imitate a childhood.

Note: Regardless of how many Class-D were sacrificed for the creation of 'Asmodeus'; I do not regret my actions. I understand that from an outside perspective, this may seem sadistic, bestial, perverted and even inhuman, it was all in the name of discover and science. Regardless of what I currently think of this operation, the past is just water under the bridge. I cannot change what has been done. I apologize on behalf of the Committee for what you had to read. 

At least with the creation of 'Asmodeus' this test was relatively successful.
