Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Peony Digital, we strive to deliver exceptional digital creative assets, marketing strategy, and AI automation solutions. Because we provide custom, high-value digital services and dedicate immediate specialist labor to your projects, our operations are governed by the following Refund and Cancellation Policy.
By purchasing a subscription tier, ordering a custom package, or processing a payment through our secure Flutterwave payment links, you formally agree to these terms.
1. General Refund Policy
Due to the digital, custom, and labor-intensive nature of our creative production (including web design, UGC/CGI video creation, copywriting, and AI automation development), all sales are final. Peony Digital does not offer cash refunds once onboarding is complete and work has commenced.
No Refunds for Active Work: Once a client is onboarded into their private dedicated Telegram group and our team begins executing design requests or building automation workflows, fees paid for that billing cycle are non-refundable.
No Refunds for Unused Requests: For monthly subscription tiers, if a client chooses not to utilize their project request queue or design capacity during a specific billing cycle, the fee cannot be refunded or rolled over as a financial credit.
2. Subscription Pausing Policy
(Note: Subscription pausing is only applicable to our Design Subscription tiers)
We understand that your design needs may vary from month to month. If you only have a few requests at a given time, you can easily pause your subscription whenever needed.
Our billing cycle runs on a 31-day period. For example, if you use the service for 21 days and then pause your subscription, your billing cycle will stop, and you will still have 10 unused days remaining. You can continue using those remaining days anytime you are ready to return to the Peony Digital website and resume your subscription.
3. Subscription Cancellation & Single-Charge Billing Policy
Clients operating on our tiered monthly subscription models or custom service packages retain full control over their engagements and may conclude services at any time in accordance with our single-charge billing structure.
Non-Recurring Payment Safeguard: All payment links generated by Peony Digital through the Flutterwave payment gateway are strictly single-charge transactions. When you pay for a monthly subscription tier or a custom service package, your card is billed exactly once. Peony Digital does not store your card details for automatic monthly renewals or recurring subscription deductions.
Seamless Re-Subscription: Because your payment is a one-time charge, you never have to worry about unwanted automatic billing. Once your active 31-day billing cycle or project scope is complete, your dedicated Telegram group queue will be paused.
Seamless Service Renewal: Whenever you require our monthly subscription services again, you can simply visit the Peony Digital website and subscribe directly at your convenience. For any tailored or custom project requirements, our team will generate and send a dedicated Flutterwave payment link to securely facilitate your one-time transaction and reactivate your workflow queue.
Service Termination Notice: While payments do not auto-renew, if you are on an active monthly service tier and wish to officially close your account at the end of the current cycle, please notify us via email (smartsylvia2017@gmail.com) or inside your private dedicated Telegram group. Our team will continue executing your active project queue until your paid days are fully exhausted, after which no further project requests will be processed.
4. Project Revisions and Client Satisfaction
While we do not offer refunds, we are deeply committed to client satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a specific deliverable (such as a design asset, ad script, or automation setup), you are fully entitled to request revisions. Revisions will be processed swiftly inside your private Telegram group according to the revision guidelines outlined in your specific package or our Terms & Conditions.
5. Severe Service Interruptions
In the highly unlikely event that Peony Digital is completely unable to deliver the agreed-upon digital services due to severe internal operational disruptions or permanent termination of service on our end, a pro-rated refund may be issued at our sole discretion for the remaining, unexecuted portion of that specific billing period.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Peony Digital works transparently with all global clients to resolve project or billing concerns directly.
By utilizing our services, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any dispute. Filing a chargeback or a payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting Peony Digital is considered a breach of our agreement. In the event of a malicious or fraudulent chargeback, Peony Digital reserves the right to:
Immediately terminate your access to your dedicated Telegram workspace and pause all active projects.
Revoke your legal intellectual property licenses for any designs, ad assets, or automation codes previously delivered.
Provide full documentation (including this signed policy, communication logs, and proof of asset delivery) to Flutterwave and the card-issuing bank to dispute the chargeback.
