What Currency Will I Be Billed In?

We bill exclusively in United States Dollars (USD). To settle your invoice, you can choose between two convenient options:

Cryptocurrency (USDT): We accept payments via USD Tether (USDT). Please ensure you are sending your funds over the correct blockchain network (Solana (SPL) — often displayed as "SOL" or "Solana") as specified on your invoice to avoid any network loss.
International USD Bank Transfer: You can initiate a direct wire transfer or international bank transfer to our USD receiving account. Complete banking details and routing instructions will be provided at checkout.

Is My Payment Information Secure?

Absolutely. We take your security seriously and utilize separate, highly secure protocols for both of our payment methods:

For Cryptocurrency (USDT): Transactions are processed directly on the blockchain, meaning we never have access to, nor do we store, your private keys, seed phrases, or personal wallet details.

How quickly will I get my designs?

Most design requests are completed within 1–2 business days. However, larger or more detailed projects may take a little more time to ensure the best quality.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?

There’s no limit. Once you subscribe, you can submit as many design requests as you want. They’ll be handled and delivered one after another in order.

How do I place order or request designs?

You can submit your design requests conveniently through Trello. Clients commonly share briefs directly on Trello, attach Google Docs or wireframes, or provide a short Loom video for clearer communication. Essentially, any format that can be linked or shared via Trello is accepted.

What if I’m not satisfied with the design?

No problem at all. We will keep refining and improving the design until it fully meets your expectations.

How does onboarding work?

You can submit your design requests conveniently through a private dedicated Telegram group for your brand. Clients commonly share briefs directly in the group, attach Google Docs or wireframes, or provide a short Loom video for clearer communication. Essentially, any format that can be linked or shared via Telegram is accepted.

Can I subscribe for just one month?

Absolutely. Whether you need our services for a single month or on a long-term basis, the choice is entirely yours. You’re always welcome to return anytime you have new design needs or projects.

What if I only have one design request?

That’s completely fine. Once your request is completed, you can pause your subscription and return anytime you need additional designs. This gives you the flexibility to use your subscription only when you need it most.

Are there any services you don’t support?

Yes. While we cover a wide range of design services, we currently do not support 3D modeling, animated graphics (such as GIFs), video production, document design (e.g. medical forms), complex packaging design, large-scale print projects like magazines or books, or Adobe InDesign-based documents.

How does Webflow development work?

Webflow development is included in the subscription plan and is handled just like any other design request. If your website is compatible with the Webflow platform, we will manage the full development process to ensure a polished, high-quality final product.

Once the project is completed, the website will be transferred to your personal Webflow account, giving you full ownership and control. This means you do not need an active subscription to continue managing or maintaining your website afterward.

How does the pause feature work?

We understand that your design needs may vary from month to month. If you only have a few requests at a given time, you can easily pause your subscription whenever needed.

Our billing cycle runs on a 31-day period. For example, if you use the service for 21 days and then pause your subscription, your billing cycle will stop, and you’ll still have 10 unused days remaining. You can continue using those remaining days anytime you’re ready to resume your subscription.
