Our group has gained the leading expertise in thermal transport issues occurring in nano-world. Especially, we have developed systematical tool-chains to accurately estimate the thermal transport phenomena at quantum mechanical levels. The validity and the accuracy of our first principle-based approach have been confirmed by many experimental studies.
