One of the important themes of our research is emerging materials. The discovery of new physics in low dimensional worlds and the recent development in material synthesis highlights the potential of advanced electro/optical devices utilizing low dimensional material systems. Providing novel concepts how to practically utilize this new class of materials is our primary goal. For such purpose, we actively investigate the new phenomena in low dimensional worlds.
