Device engineer and solid-state physicist with 13 years of track record in the wide range of topics covering from traditional semiconductors to emerging materials. Expertise in theoretical analysis such as electrical/optical simulations and density functional theory. Experience in nano-scale electrical/optical device fabrication for Navy and DoD applications. Research interests include, but not limited to, novel RF/THz devices, topological materials, and quantum technologies.
