Hi, and welcome to my website!
I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Applied Economics at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. I am also an Assistant Professor of Research (on leave) at the Centre for Research in Higher Education Policies (CIPES). I received my Ph.D. from the University of Nottingham. During my PhD, I was a visiting student at the IAE-CSIC in Barcelona. Prior to joining UAB, I worked at Nova SBE, the Polytechnic of Lisbon, CIPES, and the School of Economics at the University of Porto (until August 2025).
Fields of Interest: Labour Economics, Economics of Education, Public Economics, and Microeconometrics.

I am the Portuguese representative at the European Network of Graduate Tracking. This group was created by the European Commission to support European Union Member States with the implementation of the Council Recommendation on tracking graduates.
